Can I customize which services are included?
Yes. The Home Shield Plan is fully customizable. Add or remove services, adjust frequency, or start with a basic plan and upgrade later. We'll build a quote around what your home actually needs.
What if I want to add a service mid-year?
No problem. Plan members get priority booking and discounted add-on rates. Just call or message us and we'll fit it in around your existing schedule.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No long-term contract required. The plan is renewed annually. If you need to pause or cancel, just let us know — we'll prorate any unused services.
Do you service my area?
We serve Edmonton and the surrounding communities including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain. Call us if you're unsure — we're expanding regularly.
